"Just had a great stay at the Queens there is nothing we can fault about it The locations great the food is delicious. It has a really nice feel to it and that's down to the staff who are genuinely friendly and can't do enough for you definately our favourite place in Lytham. "

"We were greeted on arrival by a very welcoming young lady who checked us in and showed us to our room. Room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Stayed to eat some lunch, service was friendly and efficient. After a wander round Lancaster, back to our room for showers and a change. "Comfortable place to stay with pleasant decor, a nice bathroom and fluffy pillow. Housekeeping could have been better but overall I would return. The food in the restaurant was good although the service was fairly poor. "

"Lovely welcome, very much needed after a long drive and a last minute road closure. Room was very clean and well appointed. Let down by the condition of the external door to the room which was a bit scruffy in comparison to the room itself."

"Lovely hotel/lodgings. Beautiful bathroom! Nice and warm room. Cosy fire at the bar which was nice and cosy . Tastefully decorated. The food looked gorgeous as it was taken past us going to the restaurant, and we will eat here next time. ***Big shout out to Phoebe, our breakfast waitress. "An unexpected stay here after a cancelled ferry at Heysham but what a gem, such helpful staff, off road parking, amazing food and spotless clean. Ignore any dubious reviews, yes there are tired spots but these are all far outweighed by the positives. Only a 15 minute drive to Heysham too…"
