Fully stocked kitchen for cooking those big holiday meals all while the kids of all ages have hours of entertainment in the game room playing pool or the 60 game multi-cade featuring classics like Pacman, Donkey Kong, & Galaga or the Arcade Legends machine with Golden Tee, Bowling, Rampage & more!. An adjacent theater room with full surround sound is perfect to enjoy your favorite flick. After a long day hiking or strolling the strip in downtown Gatlinburg you can relax in one of 2 hot tubs or relax around the outdoor firepit while catching up with one another.

Private Outdoor Amenities
Cross the creek on the stone bridges into your exclusive space to take full advantage of the Smoky Mountain air! Kids can swim in the large swim-spa while parents relax away in the connected hot tub. Enjoy corn hole or spike-ball in the flat spacious area designated for your group. Use the gas grill and picnic table right by the waterfall for a peaceful meal and then wind down by the fire-pit with your favorite beverage overlooking the mountains.

Living Room
Relax in the cozy living room — featuring a stone, electric fireplace, a couch, a comfy armchair, and a big screen TV! Catch up with one another or make plans for the day. And in the evenings, flip on the TV for a bit of entertainment or gather around the fireplace for bedtime stories.

Kitchen
Step into the fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, coffee refills, snack attacks, and cookie time. Fully equipped with stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher plus cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. There’s even a bonus island with loads of extra counter space make fixing and serving meals simple. Create a breakfast buffet, set out a lunch spread, and serve dinner with ease.

Dining Area
Along with eating scrumptious meals, bring board and card games from home and host a friendly tournament in the expansive dining area. There is a large table with chairs for 10 and the kitchen bar seats 2.

Rec Room
It’s playtime! Take a step back in time and play some old favorites like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, or Galaga on the multi-cade. Catch the game on the flat screen tv while shooting pool with your pals with plenty of observation seating. Any avid golf fans out there? We have you covered with an Arcade Legend that includes Golden Tee.

Theater Room
Here, you’ll also find the theater seating for 8 with a huge flat screen TV, great for a little relax time after the kiddos drift to sleep or keep them occupied with their favorite cartoons while you do some relaxing yourself.

Exploring the great outdoors, shopping in town, & playing at the cabin will certainly leave everyone ready for bed at the end of each day. There are plenty of cozy options spread across 5 bedrooms — each with a flat screen TV. Choose from 5 King Beds, a Queen Sleeper Sofa or a Queen over Queen bunk bed in the game room. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom so everyone will be able to get ready for morning hikes and evening dinner shows without a hassle.

Perfect house for family!

Family time
This property had plenty of room for all of us...layout was nice with one king sized bed on main level...great for nanny and pawpaw...first floorwas comfortable...upstairs way too hot and lower level frigid and we couldn't enjoy the pool table or games or theatre room.. .shower water too cool and hot tub on porch area did not work...hot water no jets. Nice piece of land and children enjoyed playing outside in the back yard...creek nice addition and fire pit relaxing...and the neighborhood bears that visited daily were neat to watch.

Amazing wilderness experience!!!

Family gathering in the Smokies
This was a first time visit to Gatlinburg for many of us. It will not be the last! The cabin was clean, comfortable, well stocked and the outdoor amenities were exceptional! We will definitely rent with Bear Tracts again!

Amazing location with great features for everyone!
Our large family had an amazing stay. The cabin offers everything from views to a movie theater. The pool/hot tub combo was a big hit. Close to town but just far enough away to get the cabin life feeling. Would highly recommend it to any family that requires a bathroom for every room as ours did. Every family had personal space throughout the entire cabin. 10 out of 10 would recommend to larger groups.

Can’t wait to go back!
We were a family of 26 gathering from all over the US to celebrate my dad’s 90th. We rented Happy Together and Overlook and couldn’t have asked for anything better. Although there were plenty of things to do in the area, we all just stayed at the cabins. They were impeccably clean and comfortable and fit us all perfectly. I took all the kudos for finding BearTracts and I’m grateful I did!

Great Place
The property was beautiful. Plenty of room, video games for kids and adults. Two hot tubs and a swim spa. Gas fire pit made the nights so relaxing. Big table for the whole family to eat and play games. Very close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We even got to enjoy the company of a bear who decided to take a stroll through the neighborhood. I would highly recommend for a large family getaway. We will be back.

This cabin held 9 of us very easily. 6 adults and 3 kids from 8-16. The location is 3 miles from DT Gatlinburg and about 15-18 minutes to PF. The only drawback for me is it's more of a cluster of cabins not all by itself. In the cluster this is by far the nicest. The back yard is 100%

October 2019 Stay
Every year we gather with family in TN that we may not get to see often for family fellowship. Thank you so much for extending your amazing cabin to facilitate our adventures. It had all the amenities and perfectly located outside the traffic rush between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. The host went above and beyond to assure our stay was comfortable and worry free. We will be back. Oh, there were bear sightings in the area for added enjoyment.

Great place for a big family trip
We had 12 people between 1 and 64 in the house. It is very comfortable and there is plenty of space for everyone to be together without feeling crowded. The outdoor area has two jacuzzies and one is attached to an infinity pool. We saw bears from a safe distance multiple times in the neighborhood. There was a nice gas grill also. The description says that soap and shampoo etc were not provided but they were in the house. We had a great time and plan to come back in the future.

September 2022 Stay
We have been to Gatlinburg many times, and this cabin is our favorite. Vwry nice, especially loved the backyard swim spa abd waterfall, our own private oasis in the Smokies. We had several bear sightings, see pic. Mama bear and cub were all around the cabin at least 2 days. we got amazing pics severall times. We have never seen bears so often and so close in TN. Very cool! If you wanna see bears, and have am amazing stay, we highly recommend this cabin!

We used the outdoor space every single day and were thankful for the pool, firepit, and little stream. We saw so many bears. Several came and got a drink out of the little stream in the yard. They left us alone but we made sure to keep a healthy distance. The kids loved the theatre room and asked if we could spend a few days just doing things at the house. We ended up having only 10 guests and I think 16 would be tight. Absolutely loved it. The kitchen had good supplies for cooking which we appreciated. Overall very clean and good amenities. Highly recommend! We will be back!!

December 2021 Stay
The cabin was absolutely beautiful and the beds were wonderful! I walked around the cabin in white socks and they were still white at the end of the day. The only issue was the WI-FI reception was very poor. Not sure if it was because there were so many devices trying to use it or if it is just the area. Might want to look into a booster and extender. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

Great House Very Spacious
This is a fantastic house. It is spacious and has great amenities. The outdoor space is beautiful and the sunsets from the deck are breathtaking. There are 2 items I would suggest as updates/improvements. 1. The living room area consists of 3 leather couches which aren't very comfortable and are quite dated. The living area could be much more cozy and inviting. 2. The outdoor swim spa is only heated to 77 degrees which may be warm enough for some, but was quite chilly for my kids and family. This was slightly disappointing. Overall this is a spacious, clean and very functional house with a fantastic location just minutes to Gatlinburg. The owners were responsive and helpful. I would certainly recommend.

We enjoyed all the spaces from the large kitchen to the game room, movie room, and the swim spa and hot tubs! When we tested the fire pit only half of it lit up. We called and maintenance came out that day to make sure it was working correctly so we were able to make S'mores that night and enjoy the amazing view! It was fun to see a family of bears from the balcony a few of the mornings while we were there! Incredible! The location was great! We enjoyed Dollywood, white water rafting, Anakeesta, and some awesome hikes in the Great Smoky Mountains! We had 3 generations that we had to please and there was something for everyone! This was a wonderful place to stay and I would definitely recommend it!

September 2022 Stay
Hands down it was one of the best places we’ve stayed to far. Your only about a mile 1/2 away from down town Gatlinburg, 5 minutes from a food City if your like us and enjoy eating breakfast in and snacks between. There is a lovely streaming fountain outback along with a hot tub and swim spa by the fire pit and another hot tub right out of the cabin on your private deck. The kids enjoyed the theatre in the cabin and the fun games. We all loved sitting outside in the morning and night taking in all the beauty around us. We seen a momma bear and her cub, then later seen one big poppa bear. They were quite a beautiful sight. The cabin wad clean, well stocked with all the utensils you need to cook with. We will use this place again and hopefully every-time we vacation in the Smokies which is quite often. This cabin is truly a beauty. There is 5 king rooms with private bathrooms, queen bunks and sleeper sofas. Plenty of room for a large family. Soft comfy beds as well!!!!!👏

Great cabin poor housekeeping
Loved the cabin. Not much of a view as it was in more of a community setting. Game room and entertainment room were terrific. Kitchen was well appointment. Housekeeping was below standards. Hot tub was dirty, no bromine and water was foamy. One bedroom had no ceiling lights. Picture frames very dusty. Two of the 4 bedrooms used had sheets that would not stay on the bed when you slept, which was very annoying and difficult to sleep as we were constantly adjusting the sheets all night. Cabin was a 5 star. Location 3 star. Housekeeping 3 star. (We did call the property manager and they sent someone out the next day to address concerns with hot tub, light bulbs, clothes hangers, and one game that wouldn’t play. ).
