The staff was absolutely amazing. This is a new property so there was one or two things they were still figuring out but I loved our stay. When our fridge wasn't working they promptly sent someone up to fix it. Coincidentally that person was the husband of the woman baking my wedding cake! Was very happy with our stay here.

Hotel had great views of the creak Unfortunately there are no blinds on the balcolny doors so anyone can see in. In the morning we saw a few men outside fly fishing so it was very easy for anyone to walk up and watch into your room. Parking lot was also very small and was a one way. You have to drive up to check in than very carefully back up in a confined space to get to your parking spot.

We liked the room itself and the balcony was definitely our favorite. The staff was great and attentive. The only critique I could give is about the a/c unit. It was very loud and for a property being recently remolded, I don't understand why a luxury property still has window units.

Employees were great, especially Kayleee. Food was excellent. We would stay again for sure. Only suggestion- We arrived early and sat in parking lot for a while because they didn’t open until around 3 and didn’t have a traditional front desk. View of stream from our balcony, cutting edge mountain lodge decor, and very helpful staff were all great.

Beautiful property, very clean both inside the room and outside. The staff were friendly and helpful. The a/c unit didn’t perform as expected. The room temperature was not ideal but tolerable. I Spoke with Maitre D the following morning about the a/c, she apologized and said she would have the unit checked. We only stayed one night, so I am unsure of the outcome. Despite the circumstances with the a/c, we would recommend staying at the hotel.

The people we talked to on the phone and met in person were extremely nice and helpful. I loved that they wore badges saying "Inn Keeper" The property appeared to be newly remodeled and was very clean. Every room has an assigned parking spot and ours was under cover right outside our door. The very private, very quiet balcony overlooked the river with nothing on the other side, so it felt as if we were in the mountains all by ourselves even though it was located within walking distance of all downtown Gatlinburg has to offer. The only negative was that the rooms have the typical air conditioning units that are loud. With that being said, we will definitely be staying at the Historic Rocky Waters Inn again!
