"Showed up at apartment and could not get in. Finally was able to find some help and was told that I was supposed to pick up key at another town. Go figure on why? I was told that an email was sent to me on directions for pickup - never saw email and no instructions regarding this on Expedia. Waited over an hour for someone to come with the key. Apartment clean and not bad, but bed was incredible uncomfortable and ended up sleeping on couch. "

"In short, after an surgery we have planned to relax and stay in the apartment for two days to enjoy the view and get some vacation. Unfortunately, it was one hell of a night and a day with maintenance people come and go, ending with the situation that the entire SeaTower did not have any electricity. The biggest problem was certainly that the window in the bedroom had around a 1 CM gap between the window and frame, and as at that weekend the have been strong winds, this created an I credible...

"Mixed experience, good location and had an early check in which was helpful. However I asked to the bar area to work between meetings but was the told the “boss was having a meeting”, there was enough space for me to work and for them to have their meeting, not very customer focused. The room was great but the need to invest in my need blackout curtains as I was awoken at 4:30am when the sun came up. "

"Other than the WiFi being down for the first half of my trip, everything was great. Very comfortable hotel, very spacious room and comfortable bed. Overall had a great time."

"Pokój w średnio - niskim standardzie. Ściany w niektórych miejscach pokryte pleśnią. W cenie pokoju miał być powitalny drink. Jednak ja go nie otrzymałem. Room in middle-low standard. There was some humidity on walls in some places. In the price should be a free initiate drink but I didn't get it."
