"Bis mir jemand öffnete, dauerte es 20 Minuten und es war nur Zufall, daß ich entdeckt wurde. Auf meine Telefonate reagierte niemand, niemand nahm ab. Die Mitarbeiter/innen bewergten sich bis auf eine ohne Maske im ganzen Hotel. Mein Zimmer (5) hatte eine durchgängig schimmlige Geruchsnote. "Inspite of some revues I had read this place is clean, has a great lake in front with koi carp. Very close to the shopping centre which bus and S line can be accessed through.. No tea making facilities in room but when asked they kindly gave us a kettle and cups. The staff were friendly and helpful. "
