Nice quiet location, close enough to local town & Oliva, but do need a car. Only slight negatives were: irregular wifi & no parking onsite, parking is diagonally opposite within a community leisure/sports centre car park. There was however, no problem parking there. It’s a nice community area/urbanisation, with a local park for walking, I guess you could maybe use the...

Big Carp in the lake if you're into fishing, only problem being the access needs making a bit more disabled friendly. Could do with a bit more choice on the menu, but what there was, was very nice."

"We had a great time staying here for the week. The room was perfect for our needs and the staff were very friendly. Many amenities close by and the beach is a matter of minutes walk. We would recommend staying here. In fact, we have booked to come back next week for a couple more nights"

"El apartamento cumple con todo lo buscado,tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones.Ubicado a 300 m de la playa, es un apartamento amplio y bien decorado.La terraza es amplia e idonea para comer. Tiene toldos para evitar que entre el sol y dar más intimidad.No tiene aire acondicionado, pero lo suplen con ventiladores de techo en toda la casa..La piscina también está bien. Lo peor es el ruido de la música y los borrachos que vuelven de las discotecas próximas."

"This villa is huge with 4 double bedrooms (one en-suite) and a large living area. There is a lovely pool outside with 4 sunbeds.We also used the bbq area which is very well equipped and has an adjacent sink. There are lots of terraces for sitting and sunbathing but also shade available too. The villa is in a residential area and there isn’t much in walking distance so you do need a car( does say this in description and we hired a car for the whole stay). Valencia is about 30 mins drive away....

"This property has everything you need for a great vacation. We were 5 adults and 2 kids who had a great time in this house. We had som tours in the area but mostly the kids wanted to be at the pool. The area is quite apart from barking dogs, but that’s a common problem throughout Spain. We can recommend this house for families."

"Die Unterkunft ist in einer traumhaften Lage direkt am Strand. Die Zufahrt über die Sackgasse ist etwas schwierig, aber trotzdem gut möglich. Die Betten in den ersten beiden Zimmern sind okay; im dritten Zimmer etwas veraltet was bei uns keine Rolle spielte da wir nur zu dritt waren."

Peaceful few days

"Top host, very friendly & provided us a lovely carafe of sangria on our arrival & very flexible with our arrival & check out. Nice quiet location, close enough to local town & Oliva, but do need a car. "We felt fortunate to find an available room at 7 Pisos Casa Rural de Pueblo during la Fira de Tots Sants. Lars and his team were very hospitable as was their young cat, Tita, who was loving and playful with my daughter. We loved the charm of Lars' and his wife's 300 year-old renovated building. Their eye for simplicity and style made returning to our room and waking up a pleasure! Our stay ticked all of the boxes: It was on the festival pathway (any noise from passersby stopped by around 10pm), comfortable mattresses, white absorbent large bath towels, modern amenities and a marvelous heated floor in the bathroom. Our room, #2 was very spacious with a small balcony on the street side. We explored upwards and found a communal sun room as well as a rooftop patio that were the "icing on the cake". Our breakfast each morning was served on time and with great care and generosity and in the most beautiful dining/lounge area. Cocentaina is a charming town made more enjoyable by our stay at 7 Pisos Casa Rural de Pueblo. We will return! "
