"The customer service at this hotel was hands down the best I have ever experienced (and I travel a lot!). The staff and manager went above and beyond to help me with issues I had with my credit card. Everyone was extremely friendly. The breakfast was great and they have coffee available all the time! The location was perfect! We could easily walk to everything. They have a concierge there to help with any travel needs. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We had friends that paid much more money for their hotel but ended up liking ours better because of the heated pool. Highly recommend!!! "

"Fantastic stay at the Desoto. The best part about it was the location. The staff was friendly and the hotel and room were very clean. Two minor issues were around housekeeping (came every day, but later in the afternoon, which was not convenient and the bare minimum was done to clean the room, and late check-out. We opted for it the day before we left, but it can only be requested the day of check-out, and we were ultimately declined. That was fine, however, it was advertised during online check-in, so opting for it then would have wasted time."
