Beautiful wooden chalet 10 + p view lake sauna homecinema at the foot of the slopes, 5'center 10 + p

The charm of our wooden chalet and the beauty of Gerardmer will make your stay very pleasant! You will be at the foot of the ski slopes for the winter (and ESF), moreover the free shuttle which stops at the foot of the chalet will take you over the 500 meters separating you from the piste in a few minutes. In summer you will be directly in the forest for mountain biking, running or walking, and 5 minutes from the lake which you can also see from the terrace or balcony. The shops in the center are 500 meters away. In short, the chalet is ideally placed.

We offer 4 bedrooms, to accommodate up to 10 people, there is a bathroom and toilet on each floor, in the sauna on the ground floor. A wood stove is available, quality household appliances are directly integrated into a high-end kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.). We provide game consoles as well as board games, WiFi is available throughout the house. We can provide you with sheets and towels for a very small fee :)

The price includes exit cleaning as well as all charges (water, internet, electricity: extreme consumption above 17 (!!) euros per night will be charged, however)

Animals are accepted, smoking is prohibited.

Arrival and departure:
From Monday to Saturday, arrival times are scheduled in the afternoon from 4 p.m.
On Sunday, arrival times are scheduled in the afternoon from 6 p.m.
From Monday to Saturday, departure times are scheduled in the morning before 11 a.m.
On Sunday, departure times are scheduled in the afternoon between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Material provided:
This accommodation is rented with bedding (box springs and mattresses), duvets, pillows and blankets. You must use fitted sheets to wrap the mattresses, pillow cases and duvet covers.
If you have not brought them, bed linen is provided on request for an additional 15 euros per bed.
If you have not brought them, bath towel kits are provided on request for an additional 8 euros per person.
Please provide trash bags, sponges, coffee filters ...

Use of premises:
All the furniture is at your disposal. Please keep them in good condition and keep them clean.
The supply of water, electricity and heating is included in the rental price. However, in order to best respect the environment, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not let the water run unnecessarily, and do not leave doors and windows open for a long time if you use the heating. Extreme electricity consumption, exceeding 17 (!!)euros per night will be charged in order to avoid abuse. Normal use of the chalet will keep you very far from these amounts. Turn off the sauna well after use, do not regulate the temperature of the chalet by opening the windows, put the convectors on 4 maximum, and you will keep a reasonable consumption.

All the conveniences are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this regard, please do not throw anything into the toilet bowl, except toilet paper. Use only products compatible with a septic tank.
Each access door to the accommodation is fitted with a key lock. Be absolutely sure to close them when leaving the premises. You are responsible for any theft and any damage in case of non-compliance with this clause.



Safety and propriety instructions:
Please respect the tranquility of the place and use it for its intended purpose. The sound volume, inside and outside the property, must be contained in order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. In the event of a conflict and / or complaint, we reserve the right to exclude the customers causing the trouble.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.

In the event of an emergency, please notify the emergency services (18 for firefighters, 15 for emergency services, 17 for police). Fire extinguishers were placed in the accommodation.

Cleaning package included:
the cleaning package includes the cleaning of parts. However, please take care not to leave the accommodation in disorder, in particular by ensuring the storage of furniture, objects and crockery. In particular, please empty the dishwasher before leaving.

Household waste:
Garbage cans are available. When you leave, please leave nothing in the trash and make it clean. A recycling center is very close to the chalet.

Animals welcome:
We welcome animals with great pleasure, however the tenant agrees to make the rental in an irreproachable state of cleanliness, in no case revealing the presence of an animal during the stay, including outside the accommodation.
Animals should never be left in the accommodation in the absence of their owner. Any damage due to animals is the sole responsibility of the tenant and will be deducted from his deposit.

In case of problem:
In case of breakdown or malfunction, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to remedy the situation. No reimbursement for breakdown or repair cannot be taken into account without our agreement.
In the event of breakage, damage or damage, please report it during your stay, even if no damage seems apparent. In the event of loss or deterioration of elements of the accommodation, the amount of the deposit may be reduced by the cost of the restoration or of a possible replacement.
