"I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this property! From start to finish, everyone contributed to making my trip truly unforgettable. Mahmoud crafted an incredible itinerary filled with excursions and activities that exceeded my expectations. Abdo was the perfect guide, showing me around Cairo with an air of confidence that made me feel completely secure. And then there was Abass, whose amazing photography skills captured precious moments that I’ll cherish forever. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring that every detail was perfect. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and the restaurant offered an exceptional dining experience with food that was simply delicious. Each morning, I relished a complimentary breakfast that set me up for the day ahead. "Hotel is beautiful and staff are helpful very secure but surrounding neighborhood is rough. If you only stay in the hotel and take Ubers you will be fine. I would not recommend walking in this area. Restaurant for breakfast in lobby area and rooftop are excellent with good food and great service. Great views of the Nile. "

"Beautiful hotel with great facilities- pool, range of restaurants, gym, hairdressers and spa. The breakfast was plentiful and all freshly prepared, definitely worth getting. Staff were very friendly and helpful, however service was breakfast slow and often staff forgot your requests. We travelled around Cairo using Ubers as the hotel services were far too expensive but I think that is to be expected with a 5* hotel. We felt very safe in the hotel, thorough checking of all guests into the hotel. However, there wasn’t a lot of shops/ restaurants in walking distance to the hotel, just a lovely park. "

"It was an amazing and no single word is enough to describe how happy i am to have chosen this hotel during my stay in Egypt . Everything about the hotel is excellent , be it location, tasty breakfast, ATM, distance to GIZA entrance, food joints including KFC and Pizza hut. Staff were very helpful and reception available 24×7 for any help required . I recomend Best View Pyramids hotel to anyone travelling to Cairo"

"Simply perfect! Every single staff member is friendly, accomodating and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable and quality of the service provided exceptional. Restaurant options are wonderful! I also highly recommend their breakfast - the buffet offers absolutely anything you'd need. The The gym is also very well equipped. The only point for the ladies is that I do not recommend the beauty salon in Beyman (attached to the hotel). The manicurist was rude, their nail polish collection does not seem to be of good quality and the hygiene was poor. "

"This is luxury defined. The room was well decorated, stocked with amenities, and clean. The many many staff are courteous, eager to help, and willing to try to solve any problem you present. The food is five star and the Lebanese cuisine at Aura is the best I’ve ever had. For a Westerner, the prices are somewhat low for restaurants and even a bit lower than average for a night in a comparable hotel. A dollar goes a long way here."
