Aurora Hotel Collection in Glasgow

"The room was booked for my daughter as an early birthday treat. She had a lovely relaxing stay. The only problem she encountered was when ordering room service for breakfast the following morning. She was advised when checking in that she could order room service for breakfast but when she phoned reception another member of staff informed her room service was not available for mornings & my daughter missed breakfast which was a shame aszshe ran out of time."

Managed to get checked into our room early, room was lovely, staff were very friendly and night time singer at the bar was fab. Lovey atmosphere and the Christmas decorations were beautiful.
