Imagine yourself staring out onto glistening blue water beaming through peaceful pines from the front porch of this recently constructed luxurious contemporary mountain home tucked in along Lake Tahoe's shoreline in the quiet little alcove called Lincoln Park. With convenient beach access a block away and a public boat launch right down the road, this locale is ideal for summertime fun! This fine home is complete with a gourmet kitchen equipped with granite counter-tops, knotty alder cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, along with lavish bathrooms appointed with beautiful travertine tile, glass shower doors, and elegant oil-rubbed bronze fixtures, and splashed with rich mocha wood accents throughout.
Guests will enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 5 bedroom/4.5 bath house. The main/master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, as do the 2 other guest rooms. The kid's room is furnished with bunk beds. The bright living room is furnished with a leather sofa set, and the family room has a sofa sleeper, which can accommodate two additional people. The kitchen is perfect for dining, equipped with high-end GE appliances and a granite bar for casual meals. In the summer, guests can enjoy an afternoon of swimming or relaxing on the beach and later watch the sunset from the balcony of the living or master bedroom. The house also has a hot tub in the backyard.

Perfect Vacation Spot
House was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had every amenity we needed. Loved the spacious master bedroom and bath with jacuzzi tub. There was plenty of space for everyone and the dogs got a fenced yard. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and lake and quick drive to shopping and entertainment.

Great location and house
We enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for us, good back yard for hot tubbing and building snowmen. I’d for sure stay again. Little beach was still accessible in snow and dogs loved running around over there. Two of the bedrooms are pretty small, but other two were big! Thanks for having us.

Great Family get together!
This rental worked perfectly for our family get together to celebrate mom/grandma/greatgrandma’s 84th birthday. Plenty of room for all of us and our four legged children. Working with Zorka and the local property manager was seamless and both were very easy to get ahold of. Overall I give this place 5 stars and will definitely be back this summer.

Perfect vacation home. There was so much space, it had a nice rustic feel to it and the views were gorgeous from the deck. The beach was amazing, and it was beautiful weather the entire vacation. The hot tub was a nice bonus to a perfect getaway.

We are very appreciative for this house is a wonderful setting for our family to get together! Love the access to the lake. The upgrades this year are great additional refrigerator, new BBQ, sofa and services interface screen.

East Shore Gem
The house is fantastic, well kept, full of everything you need. Loved the garage full of floats, kayaks, paddle board, etc. We loved the isolated location, the views and private beach a few steps away. Road to house is tight but parking was fine for 3 cars. Hot tub worked for us and the back yard was nice but had no furniture which would have been nice. We look forward to returning.

Amazing Home
This home was awesome. The 3 story setup worked perfect for our 3 family vacation. Everyone had a great bedroom/bathroom and the main floor was perfect for playing games, etc. Kitchen was large and well equipped. We had a few minor issues (learning curve on how to work the thermostats and coffee pot was really difficult) but the Julios (property managers) were fantastic and addressed every need immediately. I would highly recommend this house to everyone and we will definately be back.

Family Reunion
Overall our stay was amazing! It was a great place to reconnect with family and celebrate a variety of things. We did wish there were more bowls/plates/cups/glasses for a large party like ours. We found ourselves having to be constantly running the dishwasher and or handwashing for everyone to have something to drink or eat out of. Other than that it was great! Good communication when we needed it, would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation
Finally had a family vacation! This house was setup very nice for 10 people. Everyone had their own space. It is a few steps from the water which was wonderful! We had a glitch with construction on the street to and from the house which limited us greatly from coming and going. The management office was very understanding of our concerns and proceeded to help us work it out. They answered the phone and texts right away. They were very good at communicating with us. Thank you for a memorable family vacation!!!!

Lakeridge property
Overall we had a nice stay with plenty of amenities. There are some things that are lacking such as on site cleaning supplies, full size broom & dustpan, or a vacuum, and we kept getting visited by Ants. Although there was Ant spray. Some of the cabinetry in the kitchen as well as floors are a bit worn. Seams like normal wear. The access road is tight for large vehicles as well as the driveway is a bit shallow. We were able to fit a Chevy Tahoe in the garage and our Ford F250 in the driveway.

Great location and potentially a nice home Much upkeep needed: spa didn't work very well, stained carpets, a chipped countertop, random dings and stains throughout. Backyard was unkempt - weeks and torn up AstroTurf. Pretty disappointing. We were told no chairs so we brought ours - there were five to use. Wonder why no beach towels or basic necessities like aluminum foil or otherwise For the price paid, upkeep is needed.

Wonderful Family Vacation
The house itself is 5-star. There was plenty of room for our group of 9. The kitchen was amazing. Loved the large dining room table. Perfect for us all to eat and play games together. All the beds were very comfortable. We did buy a blow up mattress vs. using the sleeper sofa on the 1st floor. It was not comfortable. Also there is only one bunk bed set in the 1st floor bedroom. I thought it posted 2 sets. This house will not sleep 12 as listed but was perfect for our 9. It is in the perfect location. Only a 15 minute drive to Heavenly Ski Resort. Wonderful grocery store just 8 minutes away. The lake is beautiful. We had one maintenance request and help was sent quickly. The only reason I gave this house 4 stars vs. 5 stars was due to the cancellation notice we received 3 months after booking the house. All ended well!

House is big with plenty of room. Beach is very nice and private. Website needs to be updated. It says quiet time is 10pm but then they said 9pm. Also pictures weren't correct. The bunk bed and pull out couch are in the downstairs not in a room. We were told the high chair was in the house and it wasn't and took the next day to be delivered. Hot tub needs to repaired and cleaned. Also we noticed when in the backyard someone was watching us on a security camera. Biggest bummer was dishwasher broke and they couldn't get anyone to come out. Big bummer hand washing dishes for 9 on a family trip. We also had to make a trip to the store to buy all paper products and plastic silverware.

Well appointed home.
This home is beautiful & well appointed with quality items throughout. The setup was as described and exceeded our expectations of quality from kitchen items, towels to fixtures, etc. I couldn't rate it 5-stars as we did experience some issues. Check-in is 3pm however we showed up at 3:05 and the cleaners were still there and said they didn't know we were coming that day. We had to wait outside in the snow until nearly 5pm and the mgmt response was "some guests mess the house more then others." I felt that was a little unsympathetic. Upon arrival the dishwasher was full of dishes (clean) which meant we had to first unload on our vacation in order to fill it. The dryer was also still running. I'd also recommend moving the couches when sweeping/mopping as it appears they don't get under there. I would also recommend a guide on how to use the heater as with 5 adults we couldn't get it working. We plugged in heaters in the rooms (provided by home) and the breaker kept popping every so often so we had to turn lights off. Some items I would consider as the owner/mgr: - Mattress pads - Spray for bugs (we had two adults have allergic reactions from bites in bunk room) - Fix living room lights (above couches - none would turn on) - Consider a larger water heater for the size house. After doing dishes, the bath & shower water was cold until the next morning. - Schedule cleaners to start right upon guest check-out or change check-out/check-in times if need be so expectations are clear for everyone. I hope this is helpful feedback - I do feel the stay in the home was wonderful and again, extremely well appointed. We would be back.

Beautiful Tahoe
My family and I had a great time on our visit to Lake Tahoe. What a truly beautiful place. Our VRBO home was very nice and well-appointed with one significant exception. The prominently advertised Hot Tub did not work appropriately throughout our stay. We were counting on spending relaxing time in the tub after full days hiking and/or on the water. When I reported the situation to mgt the problem could not be fixed. It was apparent that mgt knew the Hot Tub required repairs however they had made no effort to fix the unit before our arrival. Very disappointing response from mgt to my concerns. This issue made an otherwise wonderful trip a bit of a downer.

Beautiful cabin right next to the lake!!
Me and my family stayed at this cabin and it was as described! A Beautiful, clean, and spacious cabin within very close walking distance to beautiful Lake Tahoe, right next to Zephyr cove. The hot tub was great to have in the backyard as well. Highly recommend staying here, the host and property managers were very responsive!!

Excellent Home in Quiet Neighborhood with Partial Lake Views
We stayed at this property over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a wonderful time. The check in/out process was so easy as was the communication with the property manager, the home was very clean and well maintained, the kitchen was stocked with all of your basic needs to cook meals in, the rooms were comfortable and the lake views were stunning.
