"Stayed here for a quick 4 day climbing trip to surrounding areas including Atlantis, the pond, and the homestead. Wonderful location to access these crags. The rental had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy some Netflix after a day of climbing. We had a few issues come up, but the owner was very attentive, responsive, and prompt in communication and addressing the issues. Thank you for a wonderful stay, would recommend."

"I’m giving this a one star rating because: - the owner’s barking dogs - no hot water - stingy, dirty supplies and cookware - duct taped front door, packing taped floor fan, air conditioner, and bathroom accordion door - kitchen dishwater drains right out of a PVC pipe and onto the dirt - not environmentally friendly due to the formaldehyde in dish soap - the shower smelled like urine - two pills were found on the carpet upstairs - do they ever vacuum - a lot of long, black hair on the floor…and...

"The hosts were absolutely wonderful I only wish that all the stairs had been pictured on the listing. The cleaning crew could have done a little better job it looks like somebody's dog had trampled all over the futon and drooled all over it and there was a ton of dog hair and dust under the bed otherwise the place was spotless and the host offered to come clean it but I declined again they were absolutely wonderful and I would rent again but I would rent on the other side of their Apartments so...

"We were in the area at Central Arizona Raceway. This property is only a few minutes away which was extremely handy. The property is quiet and felt like a safe neighbourhood. The house itself was dusty but overall clean. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuites but no separate bathroom for guests. Not a big deal for us but worth noting. There is not much nearby as far as groceries, restaurants etc but Casa Grande is only a 20 min drive away. "

"Cleanliness is important, and this was not clean. I don't know Vrbo owner standards but this can't meet them. Very disappointed. We only stayed 1 night and went to a motel instead. Quite an expense for us, but we could not stay here one more day!"

"Spent most of our time attending Spring Training games. One suggestion, but maybe I couldn't find it, was to have a plunger available in case of toilet plugging up. We did need one, not for the toilets, but for the side bathroom shower. Drain in shower stopped up to the point, we were standing in at least 3-4" of bath water."
