"We had a pretty good stay at the Toyoko Inn Saga. The Japanese style breakfast was great for one of us. The tub was nice but there were hairs left in the bathroom and a few pieces of plastic left on the floor of our cleaned room. Note that check in is at 4! Pretty late and the latest of anywhere we stayed in Japan. You are not allowed in a minute before 4. They have self check in and checkout machines that seem redundant. The staff still have to assist with it as it’s not very straight...

"The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. "The location is extremely convenient right next to the JR train station. Plenty of good eateries around the area. The room is small but functional, the bed is a full size bed which could be quite “tight” for two. As always Comfort Hotel group provides you with their free breakfast n drinks, definitely a plus for their guests.
