Woke up to the owner of the property banging on our door & screaming at us to get out oh her hotel waving a broomstick it was our first morning of numerous nights we had booked. We were regular guests but will no longer support these money hungry pigs

Checking was fine - they let us in slightly early as the room was ready but besides getting into the room that was all the instructions I was given We had breakfast do not get the buffet we waited over 20 minutes we had to ask for plates had to ask for water in the jug to make a cup Of tea or coffee was not told where the milk was Had to ask for utensils to use the buffet - the hot box dried the food out - the eggs stuck to the bottom nothing to get it off from the bottom the little sauces were over cooked I tried putting a fork in it and it flew off of my plate (couldn’t get my fork in it) condiments weren’t refilled I got sick of asking for things The omelette was good that my daughter had The milkshakes and berry smoothie took over 20 minutes (it was not busy) one kid got half a milkshake one 3/4 and one of them got a full one. Our drinks were delivered one to two at a time after we had already started drinking (it had been a good 5 minutes we got given the straws The room was good

The overall apartment was clean with 2 towels and a small numberof amenities available for us. About the average. Provided an extra key card on request though 👌 Gym equipment very dated and mostly broken. Cafe down the bottom was a bit pricey for quality but very convenient and lovely smiles.

We stayed at Hope Harbour for 3 nights.Room is big and clean, beds are so comfortable, reception is friendly. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the noisy aircon.

Great location, beautiful views, unfortunately staff did not make any effort to speak to us at check in or out or from the restaurant for breakfast this morning. Bathroom in need of new grout but other wise room was very spacious and clean. Broken chair out on the deck and dirty towels and clothing on roof out from our room

Sadly our room wasn’t overly clean pillow undercovers need washing badly ( stained & smelly) and half a curtain so all the outside lights & early morning light come into room ☹️ Property needs some TLC Guy behind front desk needs customer service training 🤔

It was the worst stay I had ever have. 1- Property is old, its structure is in a way that you pass through corridors to corridors to reach to your room if you are unlucky and checked in corner rooms and there are not properly lighting in corridors, poor parking 2- Felt unsafe, deserted poor lighting in the facility 3- Verrrry unfriendly staff, poker face 4- Rooms are old there is mold in terrace, cannot even sit 5- Rooms were not properly cleaned, dust all around, there were litter accumulated dust in closet 6- Towels had marks/ stains not sure old towels or used ones 7- Bedding: extremely terrible, the offer a change in bedding with charge on it, I mean seriously!!! If someone is staying there for 6 days would they pay for a change for bedsheet. 8- Poor lighting in rooms 9- Rest all are case based but if by accident you pay for the booking they would not at alllllll listen and accommodate your refund request at alllllll!! Expedia failed on this even. 10- Top most that should have come at the top, we were checked in a room and we were given key for that and when we entered there someone was sleeping in that room already!! Decide for your safety, these people are terrible and poorly trained.

My wife has difficulty walking, yet they placed us in the furthest room possible. The door to access the apartment would not work, which meant walking back and forth from the apartment to reception several times. Not very convenient.
