"There is no reception, so when there are problems nobody can come to help. The key left for us would not open the door - when we rang about it we were made to feel that it was our doing. We were then allocated another room for which it's key opened immediately."

"It was a pleasant stay. The strategic location is a plus. The unit is just perfect for us. The only issue is with the hot water system which one person shower idea. The rest of us had to wait once the person finished. We tried to use three bathrooms at the same time, one or another ended up with cold water."
