So very beautiful. Dinner was spectacular. Our room was very comfortable. We would suggest a shower curtain around the bathtub shower.

We had booked a junior suite for our final night and it was wonderful! Overlooking the swimming pool and the river Tarn. Very modern and clean. Spacious too. Meals could become an issue as same menu every night so options were limited. Sadly, on our final breakfast prior to leaving there was limited choice as some foods were out of stock e.g no bread baguette and the waitress was very abrupt with us where all other staff had been courteous and polite.

A beautiful chateau with wonderful scenic surroundings and the river Tarn flowing alongside. A short walk from the chateau leads you down to the river’s edge where there is a pebble/sand beach. Again a lovely setting. Would have loved a seat there to enjoy the river and watching kayakers go by. This is one chateau I would return to again, and probably again! Loved it here. 😍

Flies
It’s a great location but in late June 2023 when we stayed there were so many flies around the food. And the staff did little to protect the food in the breakfast buffet area from them. Apart from the flies it was a wonderful location.

Stunning castle hotel
This castle hotel was truly impressive. It is located in the beautiful Gorges du Tarn, surrounded by extensive grounds and a swimming pool, next to the river. There are walking trails from the hotel which are lovely. The staff were very helpful and charming. The room was spotlessly clean. The car park was large, and shady- set under trees. The breakfast was good, though tended to run out of options if you arrived late. The dinner was good but the menu did not change from day to day. The bar was snug and welcoming for post-pradials. We had a very relaxing stay in a stunning location.

This was a fun and unique property to stay at. The restaurant has a limited dinner menu but the food was very well done. A vegetarian option would be nice in future. The staff were attentive and professional. Besides the castle, we enjoyed the pool and there is also an easy 3km trail by the chateau. We had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful chateau, lovingly updated. Grounds for walking and river watching. Wonderful breakfast. Room was small but had comfortable bed and w.c. Is separate from the bathroom. So civilized!! Only complaint is that the dinner in the restaurant is overpriced for what it is. Not that the food is bad or poorly presented, as it is rather good. Just should be better than it is.

Worth every penny / euro!!
A spectacular venue in a stunning location ... no one could fail to be impressed by this hotel. Great food and choice of wines (plenty of options by the glass if you’re trying to be careful!) and your room is bound to make you say “wow”!

Amazing chateau,
We loved our stay at the Chateau it was truly, truly amazing, the surroundings were magical. Took walks along the waters edge, so tranquil and super quiet. The breakfast was top and the staff, wonderful, warm and friendly, would highly recommend Chateau Caze as a fantastic stay. We Were told about the history by the staff who took time to show us around. Which is very interesting.

Unser Zimmer incl.
