"We stayed at this property for the annual Toowoon Bay ocean swim and it was a great spot due to the location being walking distance to the beach. Self contained so it was easy to make meals with even some provision of basic long life goods (tinned foods/spices) which we didn’t use but great to be on offer. "Elm Cottage is in a great location, walking distance to the lake, the local shops and a short 4 minute drive to the beach. It has a lovely layout, generous kitchen and great outdoor area and games room. The house was clean especially the bathrooms and kitchen. However, the floors needed a good mop, so I don’t recommend you go barefoot as you’ll end up with black feet!
