"What a gem! We had a lovely 2-night stay at Alparthotel surrounding one day of skiing at Champery. The hotel is lovely, quiet, and clean. It is an easy walk from the Chemin de Verger bus stop. We did not have a car and were able to walk to a Coop nearby (grocery store and restaurant). The rooms were comfortable and modern. Would definitely recommend!"

"This is a great place to stay with family in Leysin. You can walk to the town, the gondola and restaurants. The chalet room Is very convenient, good looking, comfortable beds and bedding. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are wonderful. Dining room area is great, very Swiss looking with good breakfast and dinner buffet. A lot of healthy options and variety for adults and kids. We will definetely be back."

Once we had mentioned we were hungry, the hotel staff phoned up the local pizza restaurant and sorted us out. The staff were simply amazing. "We stayed here mainly to go skiing in Les Diablerets which is about 5 minutes away by car. Skiing at this time of the year is excellent. There were no queues for the lifts and the slopes were quiet apart from mainly Swiss skiers taking advantage of the quiet slopes, all of whom were expert skiers which helped spur us on to try to emulate them. The hotel hosts/team were also extremely friendly and very attentive, so all-in-all it was a very enjoyable stay."
