"there was no running water, no internet and the place wasn't clean, there was not much equipment to cook with, the toilet didn't work the shower was in dirty concrete with a hole for a drain, the coffee machine didn't work, the place is in a bad neibourhood and a 39 min walk from the beach. We decided to rent another place, staying there was not possible."

Naturally, there were a few items needed, such as an iron and ironing board, kitchen knives, a pot, oven gloves, etc., and both Lina and Gerome, the onsite maintenance man, were not only quick in obtaining and supplying such things, they were very appreciative of the feedback.
