"Very clean comfortable apartment in a wide open space opening out onto the pool. Great seating area on the balcony (Downstairs apartments had a good space outside their units). "What a lovely little property - it had all we needed for our stay in St Malo. Ideally situated for 20 minute walk to the old town, the kitchen was very well equipped, the sofa bed was comfortable to sit on downstairs. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs were perfectly adequate and the bed was comfortable. It was a nice surprise to be provided with bedding, towels and soap. "The complex and pool were lovely. The 3-bedroomed apartment was basically a 2-bedroomed with a bunk bed placed in the entrance hall. This is fine if you've got older children, but I wouldn't have been comfortable with younger children sleeping there. Very clean and had everything we needed, except the listing on VRBO states that there are towels provided. We were told on check in that this wasn't the case. There is also no hairdryer, washer, dryer. Well I didn't find them if they were there...

"We were only able to stay two nights in the Ferme Caillebotte and we got the two wettest days of the summer, but we had a really lovely time. "I stayed in the mother poulard room and it was fantastic, clean, comfortable and looked like it just been remodeled ! The view from the room was great too ! Staying on the island is definitely the way to do it it’s like you have the whole place to yourself after all the day tourist leave! The staff was extremely helpful! And there is all kinds of dining and shopping options right down the stairs! Which if you have any mobility issues , this is not the place for you though !"
