"Overall it was a good stay. The room was clean, but very dated. The breakfast was underwhelming, coffee, juice, apples and a waffle maker. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. I would definitely stay hear again, next time I’m in Oroville."

"I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). "Location was nice right off of hwy 70. The hotel is under remodel construction and considering this was really overall clean & contained. Our room was remodeled. No carpet, waterproof wood flooring which is really nice. The beds, oh boy, the beds I'm pretty sure are new BUT they are low quality hard and springs were noisy bc of our weight, I think. "My stay once again was great. On this occasion my room #139 was a little better than the last one, but the room door didn’t close properly. You were able to see thru the door to the hallway. I did tell management and the lady said she was going to go and look at the door and she never went. Also the bathtub was leaking water and nothing was done about that either.
