"The pool is a highlight. Great spaces to relax and enjoy the property and the island. Great convenient location. Unfortunately the dishwasher was out of action for our entire stay (due to a broken part), the coffee machine was missing a part and the glassware provided was minimal and not to my level of expectation from such a high end property"

"We didn’t realise until we arrived how big the Reef View Hotel was. We had a lovely, spacious and comfortable room. The bathroom was very large too, with double sinks, a bath and shower. It was really convenient to have the shuttle for the ferry and to the airport. The Reef View was also a stopping point for the Island Shuttle and made getting around really easy. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. It was maybe just a blip but our first lunch in the restaurant wasn’t the best...

"Great staff & location , they were waiting for us at the airport with the boogie plus bringing our luggage in another boogie , a big plus to have this included with the room , the view from the balcony it’s amazing including the wild life, very convenient to have washer and dryer. Have a late check out because a late flight. I will stay here again."

"From start to finish our stay was amazing. The rental company picked us up at the airport and delivered us to the house. The house has everything we needed and then some. We had cockatoo visits in the morning. The island is beautiful and we felt like we had found paradise! I would definitely recommend this property and rental company!"

"Oasis 11 is on the Marina side and you can walk to the Marina to all the eateries. The apartment is spacious and has a lovely view but does need updating as the decor is tired and some of the cupboards/chairs were loose or broken. It comes with a buggy which is handy and kids U12 eat free at some restaurants. Overall, it felt more like a home and was comfortable. Another relaxing and enjoyable stay at Hamilton Island."

"Apartment is spacious and has a fully equiped kitchen, but the master ensuite shower had mould on the floor tiles (which I could remove with my fingers, so simply not cleaned properly), there were no hand towels or face washers available due to a shortage, the 2nd room was not made up as a king as requested for my friend and the washing machine is temperamental and leaks. "

"We were a little disappointed on first impressions when we arrived. The apartment look a little tired, the curtains were hanging off the rails. The second bedroom was small, with not much space to walk around the bed and the wardrobes were rammed with items like a camp bed, travel cot, buggy, vacuum cleaner, extra bedding, so we had to take it all out so our children could put their clothing away. The bathroom had not been updated in decades but at least it was clean. It would have been better...
