"Friendly, courteous staff. The hotel was neat and clean and very well organized. Room was also very neat and clean. The only minor issue we had was the toilet paper & tissue box was not stocked. And we did not get room service on the second day we stayed. Possibly could have been because we forgot to take the do not disturb sign off the first day? However it was taken off the second day. Other than that everything was excellent! Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this hotel."

"My only issue was the pool it could’ve been warmer for it being inside it was ice cold i couldn’t enjoy it I only was able to put my foot in it and I left went back to my room 😩"

"The staff are wonderful and are very friendly and helpful. The suite we had (Harriet) was beautiful and very clean. I needed an accommodation of a shower chair, due to having a recent knee surgery. It was set up in the shower for me before we arrived. The communication from hotel staff about this need was fantastic and very much appreciated. Will definitely continue to stay here. Thank you! "
