"Luxurious property in great condition. Large beach but cannot swim in rough waters. Inconsistent service, poor communication among staff. Excellence Club is not worth it."

"We all loved it. If your a super fancy pants maybe this is not the place for you if you a midwestern redneck it’s perfect.the workers don’t know much English so it’s doesn’t go unnoticed if you make an attempt to speak Spanish. Just the basics. It was very beautiful and Relaxing. Not much to do nearby, off the resort grounds and the ocean isn’t the safest for Kiddos but if you want to relax and eat some good food this place rocks. "The best thing about this property is the staff! They were so nice and so accommodating. The room itself was fine. We thought we may have more access to the outside from our room, but the view was at least nice. If you want an umbrella at the pool, go put a towel down early. There were only 3."

"So let's go with the positives first. Beautiful property. Nice and green beautiful actually on a huge acreage. But I was expecting a five-star hotel so things missing hot tub and a Jacuzzi that was only available inside a gym not by the pools for people to enjoy it. Usually in resorts that's a standard. "Stayed in beach house which was quiet with amazing beach. Food was OK, just need to find the right dishes - we found simple was better. The grounds and beautiful, facilities look great, staff were friendly, drinks were great, water was amazing, beach was beautiful, lots of areas to lounge with good privacy and personal space. Loved it."
