It is perfectly located near I-85 and I-385 with very easy access to downtown (8.5 miles), GSP Airport (8.5 miles), best shopping in town, amazing restaurants, many parks and recreational activities. Close to GE, ICAR, BMW. Great place to stay while visiting Greenville or family or any occasion! Great Executive rental as well!!

Cozy Relaxing Stay!
For 25 years my college roommates and I have been gathering in various places once a year to catch up. This rental was perfect for catching up, was in a safe neighborhood, and was close to shopping, restaurants, and downtown. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed sitting on the patio to drink our coffee in the mornings. Would certainly stay here again!

Quick House Hunting Trip
Absolutely loved our stay at Lois's VRBO during our quick house-hunting trip to Greenville, SC! The home was spotless and incredibly efficient for our needs. It was cozy, quaint, and super comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after our busy days. The location is fantastic, with close proximity to a variety of restaurants and some of the best breakfast and brunch spots we've ever tried. Lois is an extremely responsive and gracious host, making sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend this charming home for anyone visiting Greenville!

We really enjoyed our stay for a celebration weekend in Greenville. Great location in an established neighborhood. 10 minutes tops to downtown attractions. Great access to I-85 and 385. Well appointed home, super clean. Our host, Lois, was incredibly responsive. Check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend!

The second stay was just as perfect!
To start with Lois is amazing! She was instrumental in helping me navigate the process of travel with my three precious grandchildren. She is an excellent communicator and provided all the essentials we needed for traveling with a toddler. The house is perfect! So pristine and clean. Supplied with everything you could possibly need. The fenced back yard was very much appreciated. Convenient to everything Greenville. I could go on and on. My daughter and I love Greenville and we will always arrange our trips around Lois' peaceful retreat being available!

Lovely Christmas Stay!
We were in town visiting family for Christmas & so happy we chose this property! Lois was easy to communicate with & responded immediately to any inquiries I had. She even had a Christmas tree & decorations set up in the house for us which made us feel even more at home. The house is well equipped with all kitchen utensils, pots / pans and any other items you might need to cook up your favorite meal while there. The bedrooms were super comfortable & all the bedding & towels were of good quality & nice & soft and comfy! The area is busy & close to all the shopping you might need as well as restaurants yet the neighborhood is tucked just off of the busy roads so still remains quiet. Everything was perfect & Lois went the extra mile to let me know I’d left a few items behind and mailed them to me! A plus! Thanks again Lois :)

Perfect in every way!
We definitely got a chance to enjoy the home. I had brought my grandchildren for a concert that we had planned for months. Unfortunately one of them got a bug and we were unable to attend the concert. We stayed in the house most of the whole trip. It was such a great place to stay. So clean, and so much thought put into everything. From the utensils to the plugs that had USB adapters. There were games and books for the kids which were so appreciated. I can't say enough about this spot! A convenient location in a nice neighborhood. Our host was so communitive and I think she was as disappointed as we were about us missing the event we had came for. We will definitely stay here again any time we are in town!

The house was spotless and very comfortable. There was a small Christmas tree and a perfect amount of small Christmas ornemnets in the living room. If I could, I would have stayed there all the way to the end of the holidays. Great touch by the home owners!! Definitely felt like a home a way from home!

Great for family togetherness!
We chose this house for it's location. It was close to where we would be attending a wedding. We stayed with our two adult children and their spouses. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and make ourselves at home. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and we had all the comforts of home. There was both a Keurig and a drop coffee maker and coffee was supplied which was nice. The house was very clean. There was enough off street parking for 3 cars if we parked one in the garage. The owner's communication was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again if I ever return to the area!

Let me just start by saying the host is fabulous. Very pleasant and quick to respond any time I had a question. The house is super cute, super clean and conveniently located. They even had Fall decor out, which I thought was such a nice extra touch! The kitchen and living are open with plenty of seating to accommodate family and friends all together. Just know, there are no TV's in any of the bedrooms and no ceiling fan in the master. Overall highly recommend!!
