It’s basically a studio apartment, good quality too Some takeaways not controllable to them is -the place gets lots of traffic and bars with entertainment go all night till 2am. Walls are also paper thin. You can hear your neighbors alarm. The heater works great but it’s loud if you aren’t use to it. -so if you are a light sleeper like myself it’s very difficult...

"Great location and comfortable. Roomy. Wish it had a dresser in the bedroom. We were woken up at 1am from loud, booming music and screaming voices on a Thursday night. Lasted until past 2:30 even with us pounding on the wall. Contacted host the next day for advice but were told they couldn't do anything as it was another short term rental unit. Fortunately it didn't happen the next night. "

"This home was a great value for us, as we were in town for the Taylor Swift concert. A 25 minute drive to downtown, but plenty of restaurants/groceries/conveniences nearby for our stay. Home was spacious, clean, and convenient to I65 onramp. It is in a rather large maze-like community of nearly identical homes, so GPS/Waze was key for us to get around. The owner didn't reach out to us with check-in details, but no problem, because he was immediately responsive every time I texted him."
