"This place is a no frills budget hotel and I knew that when I booked it so I can’t really complain. But a few little things could have been done better. When we arrived there was no one to check us in. The machine didn’t recognise our reservation… we were in a bit of a panic and nearly had to call Expedia… however thankfully a lady arrived and gave us our key card! The pillows were so cheap as were the amenities in the room. But like I say… I wasn’t expecting anything else and I hadn’t paid for...

"Very disappointed to find no lift in Hotel, we both have mobility issues, which made us basically room bound, as we were on 2nd floor. room was very poorly maintained, painted wall were very poorly done, by amateurs by the looks of it. Electrical wires were not secure to the wall in stairwell. paper cups for Tea and Coffee were so flimsy, and small, when hot they basically went vet soft, and were dangerous to handle. Avoid this place like the plague."

"Pleasant hotel and very good position for getting on/off motorway en route south. Comfortable room and comfy beds! No aircon and room very hot ...it was 33° outside. Had to open window which meant lots of flying things came in! Nice to get a kettle in the room.....a definite plus when in France. Most hotels do not offer this. Only gripe is paper cups...our drinks , both hot and cold began to seep through the bottom of them! Please use proper mugs! Good breakfast although basic!"
