"The flat was clean and tidy and brilliantly located for all Alicante has to offer. Just be warned it can be noisy late at night with music from surrounding bars and the flats above. But it is a central location and therefore to be expected. Moises was a good host and we had great communication."

"The apartment was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our one week stay. The weather was unusually cold and when we arrived the heaters were not turned on. The heat unit in the main living area did not work at all and was scheduled for replacement after our departure. It took all night for the apartment to heat up to a comfortable level. "The apartment is situated yards from the main mall in town and is super convenient. I wondered whether it would be quiet at night and was delighted that it was. The apartment itself was clean and fully functional. We were not short of anything at all. Even clothes-washing tablets were available, and a bottle of wine was in the fridge, too!.
