The apartment sleeps up to 6 people.
We have a suite with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed plus 2 singles mattresses.
The living room has 2 environments with color TV plus a bathroom.
In addition to the whole kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator and microwave. (The value of R $ 190,00 a daily and for low season in the months of June to August, except holidays)
The bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans.
We have cable TV in the apartment and internet on the ground floor of the building.
The building has 2 covered parking spaces.
To finish we have a beautiful balcony that goes from end to end of the apartment with a beautiful view to the sea.

Locatário super atencioso, educado e prestativo, o local é limpinho, bem funcional, conta com três piscinas lindas e ótimas, é bem próximo à praia, supermercados, shoppings. Com certeza irei retornar, super recomendo.

O Administrador foi atencioso, demora um pouco a responder, mas atendeu a tudo o que pedimos. O flat precisa de reformas urgentes, precisa de ar condicionado (infelizmente praia é necessário), os banheiros precisam de atualizações, cozinha precisa de equipamentos e acessórios. Precisa de uma repaginada. Possivelmente eu voltaria se alguns itens melhorassem e principalmente pela localização que é top.

Apartamento muito bom

Ótimo apartamento, com excelente localização, perto de tudo. Proprietário flexibilizou o horário de saída, que ajudou muito. Única coisa que precisa melhorar são os colchões, mais do resto tudo muito bom. Voltarei mais vezes!!!

Pontos positivos: Localização privilegiada, perto de tudo. Apto espaçoso e aconchegante. Funcionários atenciosos, e o serviço de camareira é um diferencial. O proprietário foi flexível com os horários de check-in e check-out, isso tbm foi um diferencial. Pontos negativos: Falta alguns utensílios de cozinha. A piscina do terraço está em reforma. Voltaremos com certeza!

Gostei, mas precisa renovar alguma coisas

Ótima localização, apartamento amplo, mas precisa de algumas melhorias, como as panelas que estão bem velhas, um dos colchões de casal estava bem sujo e mole, sofá também precisa de uma boa lavada, os banheiros também ficavam muito úmidos porque não tem janelas e os exaustores não estavam funcionando. Fora isso tudo certo,o Rodrigo foi muito atencioso
