Security personnel were attentive and ensured safety especially when parking at night. Front desk staff were knowledgeable of hotel programs and quick at processing check in/out. "This is a very nice, comfortable hotel, located right in the middle of everything in Bacolod. They have two good restaurant options, including a cool rooftop bar with a view of the Capitol park. I will definitely stay here again when I return."
