"Perfect stay for my partner’s birthday the staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean got an upgrade to a king bed which was great. Views from our window were amazing. "Really lovely hotel, only fault well not a fault but inconvenience really, they wanted to charge £10 per person for bath robe and slippers, which I did not pay as the hotel we stayed at night before gave them out free. Very inconvenient when using the spa facilities! Apart from that it was a beautiful hotel and we would stay again!"

"Booked for latish airport arrival. Friendly welcome at reception and bar and good parking. Room was large and comfortable but mattresses were soft and had perhaps seen better days. Whole hotel was cosy and warm for a winter stay. Breakfast was excellent, good choices and friendly service again with an added view of the lake and surroundings. Would definitely stay again."
