"Great stay , the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We used the airport shuttle provided and were received and dropped off on time. Our connecting flight was cancelled and we were able to easily rearrange our arrival time. Front desk staff were very helpful and check in was very smooth. Room was clean and fresh and bathroom was well stocked with toiletries, and room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels provided. Food was tasty, with buffet breakfast each morning, with plenty of choice for...

"The breakfast was same each day and shower glass door is safety issue very tight to get in and out of shower . my bedsheets or towels wasn't changed in two weeks l stayed. No WiFi in bedroom which l told staff at desk on many occasions but nothing was done to solve the WiFi. Positive was size of room was good. No hair dryer few days is ok to stay at hotel but the shower door needs urgent changed before someone gets Hurt badly. "

"The hotel would not accept my booking through expedia! They said they dont even deal with expedia! When questioned about why expedia have them on their site they said they have been telling expedia not book for years! I think the hotel had over booked and were looking to fob me off! As i booked and was to pay at hotel and hotel over booked!"

"Thankful to the manager for allowing an early checkin which allowed me to get to the cricket on time. Room was clean and air con worked great. Bed was comfortable, and everything was modern. Gym wasn’t great, dumbbells only up to 10kg, and had cardio equipment which is good for those wanting a cardio workout. Breakfast was good, mainly Pakistani food but i enjoyed it. "
