"I find so much of how one perceives a place has to do with one's expectations. We had stayed at the Inn at Laurel Point before and we had high expectations. What we did not realize is that our previous stay was in the Erikson Wing. So when we arrived in our room on the Laurel wing, we were disappointed. The view and the room was not near what we were expecting. The next morning we shared our concerns with one of the receptionist/hosts at the front desk. She was so helpful and accommodating....
