"The property is beautiful and in the off season the price was reasonable. The breakfast is over the top, lots of choices. The coffee was the only breakfast issue and the staff needs to be trained in this area, it was often cold or prepared improperly. The beach is wonderful but the area behind the lounges needs to be cleaned, it looked terrible. The construction on the port side was super loud and created industrial smell that was unpleasant. "Our trip with Doris Cruise Line was amazing. Everything was flawless from start to finish. The communication was extremely easy for pickup and drop off. The bus was right on time and picked us up right outside our hotel. The bus was extremely comfortable and quick. From there the tender from the pier to the boat was quick and easy. "The hotel was clean and staffs were friendly. When we were there, it was very quiet and nice. We stayed in the bay view room. The sunset was beautiful and the night view was fun. However, we expected the spa in the hotel as we saw the hotel has a spa on hotels.com hotel page and realised on their site it says “coming soon”. It was a bit disappointing. Apart from that, we were happy throughout. Thanks for hosting us."
