Built just 3 years ago, this home features a modern Kitchen Design with specially made Cabinetry and Stainless Steel Appliances. The open floor plan allows guests to mingle during the preparation of meals or quick snacks. The Dining Area features seating for Six (6) Guests.

Living Area boasts comfortable Leather Sofa seating, a Wall Mounted Flat Screen TV and Lanai & Pool Access. Enjoy the Florida Sunshine with the large Patio Sliding Door Windows. Sofa Sleeper provided for additional guest use.

Sometimes you don't quite get what you pay for
Overall it was ok. Not quite as described and for the fees incurred we were hoping for a better experience. Not minutes from Legoland (30 min) Amenities were subpar for the price: No cable TV No working ice maker Ripped up carpet Rusty, chipped washing machine 1 laundry pod? No extra tp No sponge No privacy- 4 pools almost within arm's reach directly facing pool. Whole set of instructions about providing guard gate the names of those who were staying...never a guard present. Overall, nothing major, just disappointing for the price of the rental.

Property and property management
The house had damages, smelled of mold, property management was janky and told lies to charge more money. Property was last cleaned on June 8th according to report left on counter and I rented it on July 3rd. This was my first and last time renting from VRBO.

Travelled with family
PROS: Good location to shopping and parks. Also, within walking distance to the water slide in the subdivision. The house is clean and roomy. CONS: Trash pick up is only 1 day a week (Friday). We arrived on a Tuesday and the trash cans were full. Trash bags that cannot fit in trash can are not picked up. After tenants leave, trash cans are left on the streets after pick up. Property Mgmt. does not go around and remove them thus, blocking sections of the streets in the neighborhood. We had to reboot the wi-fi everyday by unplugging the wall plugs from TV and router. Be sure to bring your own hand soap, shampoo, and ice b/c ice machine in fridge does not work. Back sliding door on left side was off track and had to be screwed shut permanently by maintenance. There was no "Do Not Open" or "Use Other Door" sign posted.
