"We travelled as family and couldn’t fault the hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and have all amenities. The staff are super friendly and went out of their way to help. The breakfast selection was huge, great coffee and lots of fresh local food which was lovely. The hotel is cool, with lots of funky features. Our room had a balcony which was great, especially in a city centre hotel in a prime location. There is a play room for kids which was a nice touch Great access to all public...

"The address given in the booking and confimation email is almost impossible to find. No buildings have numbers and there are very few street names. The area is deserted on a Sunday evening. After a long and stressful search I finally found someone to advise me. The entrance is in a *different street* to that indicated by Google maps."
