大満足の一泊でした
スタッフの皆さんがとても親切丁寧で、お部屋もキレイにされており、料理も美味しく満足する旅行となりました。 またぜひ泊まりたい、そう思える旅館です。 お部屋が山側で景色は楽しめませんでしたが、まるで森林の中で泊まっているようで落ち着いた居心地の良い空間でした。 ただその分、夏場はどうしても羽蟻などの虫が光に集まってきやすいので、虫除け機も棚にあったので利用されることをお勧めします。

再訪で期待を裏切らないおもてなし
ずいぶん前に滞在したことがあり、素晴らしかったので再訪しました。期待を裏切ることなく、思った通りの気持ちの良いおもてなしに感謝します。前回と違うのは、夕食が部屋食だったことですが、タイミングが難しいサーブの中で、それでも冷めないように、冷たいままでという心配りと工夫に感動しました。コロナが落ち着いたら、又、皆さんのお話を伺いながらレストランでゆっくり、食事したいと思います。

コロナ渦中の対応は安心
コロナ渦中での利用でしたが、サービス係のマスクの徹底やレストラン使用ではなく部屋食での対応など、安心感が持てる対応でほっとしました。ただ、普段部屋食を行っていないからか、容易されたテーブルにぐらつきがあったり、食事も前回宿泊時にレストランで頂いた時のほうが感動があったように思います。このような状況下では仕方がない部分も多々あるかと思いますが、好きなお宿なので今後も応援しております。部屋についている温泉は相変わらず良く、ただ老朽化のためか、洗い場の床板がぐらつきが見えるなど、そろそろ改修も必要かと思います。

ゆったりできるくつろぎの宿
いつもながらのゆったりとした部屋で、くつろげました。部屋付き露天風呂も部屋からの眺望も満足。一点、残念だったのは、コロナ禍で夕食が部屋での懐石だったこと。通常のダイニングで振舞われる和洋合わせたコースにはかなわなかった。早く平常に戻ることに期待。そうなれば再訪したい。

大満足 また泊まりたいです
吟味する余裕もなくこちらのサイトで適当に予約したのですが大当たりでした。建物の外観はとても古いのですが中はリノベされていてお洒落です。月曜日1泊のためか本当にゆったりしており、露天風呂付客室の居心地が最高で、チェックアウトギリギリまでのんびりお部屋で過ごしました。ダイニングでの夕食はカジュアルでもOKですが浴衣は禁止。お食事は1品1品が凝っていて美味しい創作和食とフレンチの中間？ワインがいろいろありましたが日本酒がとても合いました。節分なのでお蕎麦で作った恵方巻きのサービスもありました。朝食も栗のはちみつを入れてもらったヨーグルトがとても美味しかったです。パンはエッグベネディクトが載った小さな固めのトースト(美味しい)だけでしたが野菜にスープに果物、ジュースに牛乳、どれも美味しくてお腹がいっぱい。夕食もお蕎麦だったし、低糖質でヘルシーですね。平日とはいえ一泊二食がこのお値段で本当にいいの?!と思いました。お部屋の露天風呂は泉質も熱さも丁度よくて、ずっと入ってたいくらい。すぐ隣の｢武蔵野別館｣という旅館のお風呂にも入れます。その建物もとても素敵だしお土産物も売ってたので不精せず行ってよかったです。またここに来るために頑張って働こうとモチベーションが上がりました。WiFiが部屋に飛んでなくて客室フロアにあるリラックススペースに行かないと使えないのが少し不便でしたが、部屋でスマホを使わずにのんびり出来たのでかえって良かったかもしれません。
飲んじゃったあとですが、ウエルカムドリンクのシャンパンとさつまいものおつまみ(スイーツ)、節分なのでお豆もありました。
おふとん。ベッドみたいにしっかりした敷布団でした。
フリーの飲み物は茶筒に入った煎茶のみ。冷蔵庫にいろいろな飲み物とワインセラーまでありました。
露天風呂付客室。外からは見えづらいので安心して入れます。

今回は2回目の滞在。前回すごくよかったので、今回も期待大で伺いましたが、いくつか残念な点がありました。 まず最寄駅宮ノ下でのピックアップですが15分くらい待ちました。 ホテルから宮ノ下まで普通に行けば車で5分くらいなのですが、なかなかきませんでした。 あと食事についてですが、夕食はメニュー内容はとても良いのですが、レストラン食なのにいくつかぬるくなって出てくるものがありました。 朝食は部屋かレストランかで場所を選べます。 今回は部屋食にしたのですが全部冷めてました。 準備時間なども考えると仕方ないのかもしれませんが食事をそのまま運んできているのでよくシティホテルなどのルームサービスで使っているような蓋を使うなど工夫をされたら良いかと思います。 お風呂も含め気に入ってるので全体的な評価は高いです。

他の方も書かれてますが、確かにフリーでお水があっても良いかもしれませんね。でも、全体的に満足できる旅館でした。特に山の斜面に立っており、緑が非常に近いところが気に入りました。

快適で素敵な宿
とても素敵な宿でした。アルコールが飲めないと伝えておいたところノンアルコールを用意してくださっていました。夕飯では1品ずつセッティングし料理の説明もして下さいます。若いコンシェルジュさんでしたがこちらの質問に丁寧に一生懸命答えてくださりました。思い出深い記念日の旅になりました。部屋のお風呂も適温で何回も入りました。またチェックアウトが12時でしたのでのんびりゆっくり滞在することができました。朝食も部屋に持って来てくださりセッティングしてくれます。満足な朝食です。 部屋に虫の死骸がありましたがこれだけ快適でしたので我慢の範囲でした。

ほぼ満点ですが、部屋の掛け流し湯船の温度が高すぎて入るのに大騒ぎ。担当の方がぬるく調整はしてくれましたが常に高温のお湯が流れているのですぐに元の木阿弥。まあ、それもあえて探し出した不満と言ったところ。とても良かったです。

日式與西式的美好結合
訂的房間有個日式榻榻米客廳與兩張西式床鋪. 超級大的陽台上有個超級大的露天風呂, 這是目前為止我所住過房間內露天風呂裡面池子最大的一個. 飯店位置偏僻但還有可以預約飯店接送至宮之下車站. 飯店附近沒有便利商店, 飯店內似乎也沒販賣機, 不過飯店晚餐也能吃飽不需要宵夜.
