"We like the property and staff, however, there was an issue at check-in. We do not own a credit card, but we do own a debit visa card. I booked the room with my debit visa, and at checkin we willingly gave the hotel the 250 deposit. They were not going to allow us to rent the room without a credit card and that makes no sense to us at all. Not everyone wants or can have a credit card, and if thats the case then i shouldnt be able to book online with my visa debit card. My husband showed them...
