"A bit earlier check-in time at 2:00PM. The room was clean. There was no shampoo or body wash. They did provide two bottles of complementary water. After all this hotel cost only a fraction of other fancy hotels’ room rates so you get what you pay for, I guess. But I’d only recommend this hotel to people who plan to drive while in Jeju. "

"We stayed in Camper C1. The host was very nice, but that was the only good thing. Many items in the camper were broken or didnt work. The kitchen was very poorly supplied, and largely unusable, unless you wanted to barbeque outside. The worst part however was the bathroom. The shower which sprays on the floor doesnt drain. The bathroom floors and walls are covered in mold. There wasnt a proper window covering in the bathroom, just a towel hanging in front of it which was, you guessed it, also...

"It is definitely one of the great resorts in Jeju, especially if you are traveling with kids. They have 6 themed kids' rooms: pirate, hot air balloon, and spaceship. Luckily, we were able to get the pirate room, as my kid wished, with their help. "The best part of the Eastern Hotel is the price. It is a small room with fewer amenities and unfriendly front desk people, but you can stay here for affordable prices. Young front desk staff were very unfriendly and so ignorant when asked which restaurants were recommended. The room was so hot but you could turn the AC. I don't think that the hotel restaurant is good (I didn't try), you can walk down 10 mins to find good restaurants. "
