"We were three couples staying for several days. The house was situated near the lake with beautiful views. The architecture is beautiful and spacious and kept us comfortable and warm with a gas log fire heater. All amenities were high quality and available. The bedroom was large and offered bath robes which was appreciated. The location is on the opposite side of the lake in reference to te puia ect so very little smell on our stay. "Property dated. We had a room looking out to the carpark but there was noreal good view from any side of the property. Close enough to eating area without the noise. This was central point for us to do day trips to rotorua surrounds so it was convenient. We also booked here because it was a one bed apartment style accommodation. "
