"We traveled with family to Edisto for a Christmas getaway. The property is beautiful and just as described. It suited our group perfectly..an elevator for those that need it, pet friendly, and right on the beach! We hunted for shells each morning, watched dolphins from the house, and explored the area. Our trip was great and we would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!"

"Great location, super cute property. The amenities were excellent for kids. I wasn't sure if firewood was provided for the firepit but there was a huge stack of wood to use and the firepit was a highlight. My husband cooked steaks on the grill and that was also a big hit. The kitchen is very tiny, as other reviewers have said, but I'd rather have the space in the seating area—the kitchen table comfortably seats 10 and could do 12. We rented this home for a Christmas staycation and would happily...

"This is an amazing property! Inside and out! The pool and hot tub were perfect for the adults, as well as the children. Super clean and well stocked kitchen! They also had bikes and beach chairs we could use. Every bed was comfortable and the house is so spacious. Communication was superb. I highly recommend the Second Star! "

"Great location. Plenty big enough. We said it was a dog park with a house attached. Our two Springers the fenced in side yard. Super quiet street."

"We enjoyed a long weekend with our older kids at this home. The layout was perfect for us and allowed us to have our own space, but have plenty of places to congregate for games and meals. The two golf carts were a really nice bonus to go out and look for gators. The house was well stocked with what we needed for cooking and eating together as a group of 7. Owners were easy to get in touch with and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to renting this home again! "

"I loved that it was nice relaxing getaways but still had options as far as games and other events happening if i wanted to take part. Definitely will be planning a trip back with the entire family."
