Stayed 2 nights because it was affordable and decently convenient to the area. I’ll start first by saying the staff were all friendly and seemed to be doing the best they could with what they have. I could have used without the loudly complaining about each other in the halls. The condition of the hotel was beyond disappointing. More than just desperately needing to be renovated, everything felt dirty. The hotel room floor was sticky in places, the bathroom had literal dirt (I HOPE) streaks on the walls and all over the floor, the grout was cracking and black, the faucets and shower heads were all in desperate need of a scrubbing. In addition, the breakfast buffet left A LOT to be desired and we had to ask for things to be replaced several times. The exercise equipment room’s elliptical and stationary bike were both broken. Overall, I would exp at this to be priced as a motel instead of a hotel. Hopefully they are able to renovate and get a deep cleaning.

The staff was TOP NOTCH. Check in and check out was extremely pleasant. 4 stars because the treadmill didn’t work and the elliptical worked but the computer on it was shot. One of the main reasons I picked hotel was for the gym. Some cosmetic issues in room but nothing to worry about. I’d gladly stay again.

Treadmill was sticking in the belts and I almost fell off backwards because it would go forward the stick and go backwards the forwards again. We notified the front desk. Handles on the bicycle and elyptical machines are rusty at the connection to the machines. Left elevator would not respond when hitting the button to go to the 3rd floor or vice versa to go you floor 1 from 3. It worked sometimes. Breakfast was really nice. The room was excellent. TV only worked once in the room. Notified front desk.

Property was conveniently located, Hotel was clean, staff was kind and helpful. Asked for extra towels and Matt provided them quickly. Breakfast was clean and ample (toaster though needs some help :) ) would recommend to stay if a need for the area and would definitely stay there again.
