Inspired by the street this Urban Boho gem embraces the funky vibe of the surrounding Midtown neighborhood. PA woods are on full display with a Cucumber Tree live edge floating bar in the game room and a live edge Ash Coffee Table in the living room. Both were handcrafted in Mifflin county, PA using wood from the artisan’s property. Welcome home to a space that is distinctively urban and edgy. The highlight of the space is the regulation size Foosball table located in the game room. The living room is equipped with a 65” inch wall mounted Roku TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime video.

Guests are required to fill out online/digital registration form, submit a picture of a government ID and digitally sign a Rental Agreement 7 days before check in or immediately after booking if less than 7 days before check in.

Pets and Emotional Support Animals require permission from host and payment of pet fee starting at $30/night for one pet/ESA

Service animals are allowed for free but must be with guest at all times and please answer the following question for host: Do you require this service animal due to a disability? What work or tasks has the service animal been trained to perform?

Visitors and extra guests not included in the reservation are not allowed inside the building without host's permission and will be asked to leave the property and/or will be subject to extra guest fee of $40 per guest per night over two.

You have one unassigned parking space in the building parking lot and extra vehicles must park on the street

Smoking cigarettes, pot or vaping inside the apartment is prohibited and you will be asked to leave if you violate it
