"Superb accomodation, very clean and well organised, the location was perfect, near to Harrogate, Skipton, Ripon and also not far away from York. It was very quiet and the total opposite of the city life we both endure. Highly recommend the accomodation, it had everything you need, a bedroom for 2 people, lovely bathroom, living/dining room and kitchen, the views were stunning too. "Great "

"The Reservoir View properties are all luxurious, beautifully styled and very comfortable, with all essential items provided. The Welcome Box contained lots of treats. A fabulous place for a short break. Communication with Sally, the owner, was excellent. The view over the reservoir is lovely and the walk into Pateley Bridge is great (though walking shoes are needed as it can get muddy)."

"The apartment was okay for a couple of nights, useful kitchen facilities and a powerful hot shower. Free coffee and croissants was good (although nothing to put on the croissants?). However, the bathroom STANK of old cigarette smoke which we were worried about sticking to our clothes. Also more than one chair for a double room would be good! "

"Literally 5 mins away from the retail park (shops and food) but you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere! Really clear and easy to follow instructions to self-check in meant I could arrive at 22:00 and not feel worried! Definitely will be staying again!"

"Very few properties are perfect and this property had a few issues, but these pale in comparison to the convenience, location, professionalism, and cleanliness. The staff more were truly amazing and they themselves deserve five stars. They were accommodating, considerate, professional, efficient, kind, and truly represented the very best of York. I would be inclined to make these apartments my go to place for any future visits to York."

The host was absolutely amazing , she went above and beyond to answer questions prior and during check in. The pictures does not do the property justice , it’s more beautiful in person . "Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. "

"Lovely little property located in a quaint village:) Staff members were super friendly on arrival and the whole check in/out process was smooth. The property has a lot of charm but needs a little tlc. The bathroom is basic and shower not great but the rest of the facilities in the room were good. The bed was a little on the hard side and very squeaky. Overall a good stay and for what we paid we were happy :) thank you x"

The Harrogate Inn - The Inn Collection Group

"Second time staying at this hotel for the city’s annual art and comic festival. The Hotel is across the road from the event, making it ideal for the weekends happenings. Rooms are clean and well kept. We found it had everything we needed for our short stay. Plenty of hot water and amenities. Breakfast was excellent, well stocked and well organised. The staff were always polite and helpful. We will be returning for sure. Only issues are that a bar/club venue next door can play music into the late hours. Making early nights difficult. Not sure what can be done about that. If you’re on the other side of the building it doesn’t seem to be an issue. Also the reception is actually one side of the main bar, this can be difficult on busy Saturday nights when it’s busy."

"We had a 2 night stay at the Inn to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The room was spacious and well furnished, the staff were uniformly friendly and efficient and the Inn itself had an excellent selection of beers and other drinks. We ate there on the first night and the standard of food (selection of small plates) was very good, as was the service. The breakfast was also superb. One word of warning, the car park only has 8 spaces, so first come, first served!"
