"Check in process needs to be clearer. The email said there was no front desk at the property with no further information (and the address to check in was incorrect on the email and on google.) At the property the only check in information was on the sign for the Holiday Inn, which is easy to miss when driving in the dark. We had to ask other folks staying where we had to check in. Information about that in the email would be great beforehand, perhaps stating that check in is at the Grand Geneva...

"This place was amazing. Located right in the center of it all. Communication was easy and everything was in order. The accommodations were clean, neat and beautifully decorated. The deck outside is amazing. It was a little chilly (November) however during the sunny daytime hours we enjoyed sitting out on the deck. This location is so close to everything. We enjoyed our stay."
