Our peaceful retreat is tucked away on a quiet side street with rooftop views to the castle ruins. You'll love being a short walk from the beach (0.3mi), pier (0.4mi), Old Town (0.9mi), Town Centre (0.3mi) train station (0.4mi), St Leonards (0.7mi) and the Oval for events (0.3mi).

The Space

Step into the bright and airy lounge diner where you'll find a comfy sofa bed, complete with a double mattress and topper for extra snugness. You’ll find a dining table with chairs for four people, perfect for enjoying meals together or planning your adventures. Dive into your favourite shows on the smart TV with apps such as Netflix, or stay connected with our complimentary Wi-Fi. And don't forget to take in the delightful views across the town from the large window offering glimpses of the castle ruins in the distance.

You’ll be able to create all manner of culinary deliciousness in the well-appointed kitchen, featuring a full-size stove top and oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine and all the pots, pans, crockery and utensils you could possibly need. And to make your stay even more delightful, we've included a slim-line dishwasher because who wants to do dishes when on vacation? Plus, there's a washing machine for added convenience.

After a day of exploring new lands and cooking up a storm, you’ll eagerly anticipate some well-deserved rest. Sink into the sumptuous king bed with memory foam mattress – guaranteed comfort awaits! We also offer a travel cot and high chair.

Hastings and St. Leonards boast an impressive array of charming independent shops and eateries. As the apartment is locally owned, feel free to reach out to us for personalised recommendations tailored to your preferences – together we’ll make your stay unforgettable!

Further afield, Hastings is perfectly located for day trips to picturesque historic towns of Battle, Rye, and Royal Tunbridge Wells either by car or by direct train and all within an hour. Other must-sees include the golden sand dunes of Camber beach, Bodiam’s medieval castle, and the trendy boutiques of Brighton Lanes.

Guest Access

A user-friendly lockbox provides effortless 24-hour self-check-in for your convenience. Guests have sole access to the entire apartment with exclusive use of all the listed amenities.

Unless you purchase parking permits with your stay, you'll enjoy free parking from 6pm to 9am, plus 2 hours between 9am to 6pm (no return within 4 hours). For daytime parking, there's paid on-street parking just round the corner or unrestricted free on-street parking on the main road (accessed via public footpath - 5 min walk). A number of 24-hr multi-storey car parks are also available in the town centre.

Alternatively, you can purchase visitor permits through us which allow parking restriction free on Holmesdale Gardens and cost £10 per day. Permits can be purchased individually depending on you needs during your stay, but only a limited number are available per year.

Prefer public transport? The train/bus station, a short walk away, offers direct routes to Eastbourne, Brighton, London, Gatwick Airport, and local bus routes.
Other things to note

The apartment is located on the second floor with an additional 5 steps to the buildings entrance. Moreover, the bathroom features a shower over bath. Consequently, this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility constraints.

As a coastal property, get ready for the full seaside experience including the ‘enthusiastic’ serenades from the seagulls especially during mating season!

Lastly, situated within a residential building, the apartment boasts a unique charm. However, being a converted Victorian structure, the communal areas don't quite match the apartment's standards of decoration – nothing offensive just plain and dated.
