Chel-sea - Modern 3-bedroom home with a sleep out in the garage in peaceful Hat Head

A contemporary three-bedroom home with modern amenities. Ideally situated in the heart of the village with close proximity to the beach, creek, bowling club, and the new shop (opening 2023). Mobile reception is patchy in Hat Head, however the home has NBN connection and Wi-Fi is available. The smart TV in the lounge room will keep the family and friends entertained.
There is a dishwasher, BBQ area at the rear, an outdoor shower and two additional TVs in the bedrooms. Linen is provided. The home gets a lovely sea breeze with windows opened, and in addition there are fans in the living area and each of the bedrooms. It is an ideal holiday getaway in the warmer months, or anytime of the year.
Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, and the other two single beds. There is also a ‘sleep out’ in the garage equipped with a double bed and its own bathroom and toilet.
There is ample space out the front for your cars or boat, or simply to sit, relax and watch the world go by.


A South West Rocks accommodation holiday offers a true escape from the hustle and bustle of modern day living. Hat Head is a small coastal town on the mid north coast situated between South West Rocks and Crescent Head. By car approximately 5 hours from Sydney or Brisbane and 75 minutes from Coffs Harbour or Port Macquarie. Hat Head offers a beautiful white sandy beach with tidal creek inlet, fantastic coastal walks through the National Park to other secluded beaches, a Bowling Club with greens and restaurant, in a quiet seaside village. Nearby at South West Rocks is Arakoon State Recreation Area with the historic Trial Bay Gaol.

Good property,four adults and a child,it had everything we needed,been doing a week at Hat Head for 20yrs and stayed at numerous houses, chelsea has WiFi,two shrs,two toilets,clean tidy, good location close to beach,club and fancy new shop ,would book again 👍
