Included is Dish Network Premium with NFL and College tickets. For additional entertainment, there is also a pool table, Foosball table, air hockey, board games and a Karaoke machine. Outside features include a 13 person swim spa along with a 8 person hot tub that are accessible from a dedicated door with adjacent wet room and bathroom, a huge fire pit, extra large BBQ and outdoor furniture. The views from the ranch are jaw dropping. The immediate area features a reservoir with public beach, boat/jet ski rentals only 5 min from the property. Street legal ATVs are allowed on city roads and there are trails for hiking and biking right from the property. There is also a state run gun range and public golf courses in the area.
