"We enjoyed a pleasant one night stay here. With advanced notice, we arrived late and we were able to get the key to our apartment through the lockbox near the office. The apartment was very spacious for my family of 5. What was really nice was being able to park in a designated space right in front of the entrance which made bringing in luggage very easy. They also gave us a late check out since we arrived late which we appreciated. My kids enjoyed the onsite playground before we left. "

"The only negative I can say is that the entrance to the hotel is not the easiest to find.l because you see the restaurant advertisement and not the hotel. However, that is such a minor complaimt. "This property is beautiful. We had a comfortable king bed and the bathroom was huge and moderm. Love that they provide robes and slippers. On the website the pictures are the main hotel. Our room was across the street (Diana Collection) which we were surprised why we are not in the main hotel. I was told they have 3 building. I wish I knew that they have 3 buildings because I would have requested to be in the main hotel. Where the reception, lobby, bar etc are located. I have to acknowledge the staff who are very helpful, friendly, accommodating in every possible way. The location of the hotel is 15 min from the Colmar train station. It is right by Petite Venice and old town. Tons on restaurants in the area and souvenir shops. Everything is walking distance. I recommend this hotel and would love to come back. Stayed 2 nites. "
