"This is a great guest house and who includes breakfast anymore?? My cousin and I stayed for one night and our room was very warm, cozy, and the owner made us very welcome. He went above and beyond with breakfast the next morning and cooked up custom meals for each of us! I would definitely stay here again since it is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the Largs train station, and who doesn’t love excellent hospitality and service?! Highly recommended"

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and when we wanted to book an extra night the staff were extremely Helpful. We had the executive room and so got access to the lounge. This was a really nice touch and great after a walk around town. Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were excellent "
